The Leasing Team is often the first introduction many customers have to Federal Business Centers. They handle the marketing and leasing of all units within our portfolio. In addition to working with new customers, they support existing customers who need to expand, contract, or renew their leases. The team is also responsible for identifying and managing any building acquisitions as well as handling hundreds of permits annually for all customers.
