Leasing & Acquisitions

The Leasing Team is often the first introduction many customers have to Federal Business Centers. They handle the marketing and leasing of all units within our portfolio. In addition to working with new customers, they support existing customers who need to expand, contract, or renew their leases. The team is also responsible for identifying and managing any building acquisitions as well as handling permits for all customers.

Engineering

The in-house Engineering Team at Federal Business Centers collaborates closely with customers to design their ideal spaces. They play an integral role in shaping the overall design and layout of units, crafting bid sets and permit packages to ensure optimal functionality and aesthetics. Their contribution is essential for the success of FBC’s new development projects.

Premises Improvement

The Premises Improvement Team oversees customer fit-ups and building renovations from initial budgeting to final punch list items. Continuously evaluating ways to enhance our buildings, they ensure optimal solutions for our customers and their businesses. The team consistently delivers best-in-class results, delivering on time and adhering to the highest industry standards.

Property Maintenance

Property Maintenance

At Federal Business Centers, the Property Maintenance Team adopts an exceptionally proactive approach to managing our buildings and preserving our park-like image. Their responsibilities range from roof replacements to landscaping, with in-house specialists in HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and rapid response technicians. Additionally, the Property Maintenance team ensures that Raritan Center® maintains its optimal appearance year-round.

Financial Services

The Financial Services Team is responsible for all billing and collection of rent, the payment of premises related expenses, the annual CAM reconciliations, and much more. Our customers know them best for their friendly, professional demeanor and especially for their annual letters expressing gratitude for timely payments.
